Welcome to the Business Unlimited Program!

This dedicated contract page governs the participation in our “Business Unlimited” Group Coaching Membership Program, led by Edna and her coaching team. Designed for ongoing membership with an initial core program duration of 16 weeks, this program aims to elevate your business acumen and personal development through strategic practices and spiritual guidance.

1. Program Overview Our program offers a journey of professional and personal growth, structured to provide continuous support through practical business strategies intertwined with spiritual insights.

2. Program Enrollment To enroll, you must:

Complete the registration process, including the payment of membership fees.

Agree to this contract by checking the box indicating your acceptance during the sign-up process.

Understand that your enrollment becomes effective upon receiving a confirmation email from us.

3. Membership Tiers and Payment

Essential Plan: $250 per month for foundational tools and coaching elements.

Premium Plan: $497 per month for extended personal and business coaching, along with enhanced support and advanced tools.

Fees are due as specified at registration and are charged on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this contract.

4. Program Inclusions By joining, you gain access to:

Weekly group coaching sessions.

A suite of downloadable resources and a personal client portal.

Continuous support through our exclusive online community platform.

Benefits corresponding to your chosen membership tier.

5. Member Commitments As a member, you agree to:

Actively engage in all aspects of the program.

Maintain the confidentiality of information shared within the group.

Adhere to all program rules and engage respectfully with all participants.

6. Intellectual Property All provided materials, including videos and documents, are solely for your personal use. Redistribution or sale without prior permission is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer This program is for growth and is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for your decisions and outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any damages from using or being unable to use our services or materials.

9. Membership Termination We reserve the right to terminate your access without a refund if you fail to comply with this contract, including non-payment or breaches of our standards.

10. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your membership with two weeks’ notice before your next billing cycle. Cancellations must be in writing.

11. Amendments We may amend this contract as needed. You will be notified of significant changes.

12. Governing Law This contract is governed by the laws of the state where the Program operator is registered.

13. Acknowledgment By registering and clicking “accept” on the digital contract form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
